Pricing is an interesting topic, and subject to many factors. The industry seems to have adopted a cost per square mentality- which is a fair starting point- however should not be the law. Many factors which affect price are: access, size, colour, detail, number of pours, or complexity.
That said, here is a list of some basic starting points for various decorative projects (unless indicated, price is per square foot):

Keep in mind these are budget numbers only, and on site measurements and full discussion of the project is required.
