2010 Motocross season starts off as a mudder in Baldur MB

I hate mud and it blows.

For all you people who laughed at me when I crashed (and took more than 5 seconds to pick up  my bike because it was 800 lbs with grips were covered in greasy mud :  I rode and you watched- now that’s funny.    lol .. word

Manitoba’s top 5 hot prospects

look out ladies, these blokes are on fire IMG_0187

For those of you who hate motocross, it’s time to look at another category on the right

The 09 mx season has kicked off in Manitoba.  Although the first race was Baldur, the race we all looked forward to was Melita.  Melita means deep sand.  You either ride sand- or paddle through it…you pick sand out of crevises for the next week- and wonder why you didn’t ride better…you know you’ll do better next year- and then you show up and wonder why you are there…again….

Unless you ride sand, this won’t mean anything to you.  It is unexplainable, and simply the hardest thing you can do to yourself.  Monday is bad, Tuesday is worse.  By Wednesday you start walking straight again.

I love motocross!

These pictures taken by Alannah are a perfect reflection of what we experienced.  Dig Randy Mac #13 who finished 2nd in MX1 junior and Randy #12 who finished…kinda sorta.  (I’ll get you yet Travis…)

who’s the big guy?

I found these pics from the world championships at Glen Helen California was lucky enough to race at this past November.  This makes my 5th trip south for this race, and the 5th championship.  It’s a total blast and the company to, from and while we are there totally makes it.   gh1 gh4 gh2 gh3 gh5
