			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Continuing on our theme of how cool heavy timbers look with concrete&#8230;. we developed this cool table set in the lab the other day.  Very simple in design, and very functional.  The options are endless with these two items ranging from colour, to stains, to finish treatments.  These are a pretty cheap set that fit anywhere- and make a great gift.</p>
<p>And just so you know, we&#8217;ve got pretty big sleeves with lots up them so hang on to your hats folks- more lab works on the way!!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last summer you may remember we had fun building these odd and round shaped pods which were to hold pictures and people would sit on them.  The pods were part of the new William Street entrance at Winnipeg&#8217;s Health Sciences Centre Hospital.  These suckers are pretty much solid concrete and weigh like&#8230; lots.  We poured them in the lab and delivered them on site- then coloured them with a technique I&#8217;ll be speaking about at this years World of Concrete Expo in Las Vegas.</p>
