what you are looking at here is Bison tenderloin- wrapped in bacon.  There’s some sort of sweet potato thingy, cauliflower, and some of the best fries I’ve ever eaten.  Okay, okay, double baked potatoes are better and makes a better presentation- however- I think potatoes suck.  The only way I can choke them down is to eat them as well done fries.  These dudes have it going on at the Bistro.  The waitress that hooked us up was serving a table of 30 teachers (that don’t get out much) and even they didn’t complain once.  Man, she was flying to help people and make everything cool.

I love this place.  Why am I talking about food?  Because these people got it going on.  5 out of 5 right here!
