Acid staining is a method of colouring concrete floors with reactive stains. These stains are natural earth tones and react with the free lime in concrete. Acid stains will penetrate more in some areas, and less in others- creating a mottled variegated finish. Since the early 1900’s acid staining has created beautiful concrete floors- around the world
